Last updated: May 24, 2024

Welcome to the Tal Kahlon website (hereinafter: the "Site" and the "Studio"). The site, operated by Tal Kahlon, serves as a catalog and image site for displaying wedding dress and evening gown designs and for establishing contact with the studio. The use and browsing of the site, including the content and services offered therein, are subject to the terms and conditions detailed below in this document ("Terms of Use" or "Terms of Use").

Please read the Terms of Use carefully and thoroughly. Browsing the site and/or contacting the studio through it constitutes express and unreserved consent on your part (hereinafter: the "User") to all of the provisions of these Terms of Use, including the Privacy Policy that forms an integral part thereof. If you do not agree to the terms and conditions of the Terms of Use, you are requested not to make any use of the site.

The regulations are written in the feminine form for convenience and appeal to the main target audience, but they, of course, apply to all genders.

1. General Terms of Use

1.1. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights on the site, including but not limited to dress designs, photos, sketches, graphics, texts, logos, trademarks, trade secrets and the organization and display of information, are the exclusive property of the studio or third parties who have permitted the studio to use them, and are protected under copyright laws in Israel and international treaties. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, sell, broadcast, publicly display or make any commercial or other use of the information and content appearing on the site, in whole or in part, without obtaining express consent, in advance and in writing, from the studio.

1.2. Purpose and Use of the Site

The site is intended to provide information about the studio's services and designs, to be a source of inspiration and to enable contact to schedule a consultation and measurement meeting. Use of the site is permitted for personal and private purposes only. The site may not be used for any commercial, illegal or harmful purposes to the studio or any third party.

It is strictly prohibited to perform actions that may impair the proper functioning of the site, including automatic data collection (scraping), introducing viruses or malicious code, or causing an unreasonable load on the site's servers.

1.3. Limitation of Liability

The information and content on the site are presented "as is" and for informational purposes only. The studio makes efforts to ensure that the information presented on the site is accurate and up-to-date, but does not guarantee this. There may be inaccuracies or errors in good faith. The studio will not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, caused to the user or any third party as a result of reliance on the information appearing on the site. The images on the site are for illustrative purposes only, and there may be differences in shades and textures between the display on the screen and the finished product. The sole responsibility for the services provided by the studio will apply in accordance with the terms that will be agreed upon and signed as part of a personal and binding order agreement between the client and the studio.

2. Terms of Service and Communication with the Studio

2.1. Coordinating Appointments and Services

The services, including the design and sewing of wedding dresses and evening gowns, are provided at the studio located at 18 Rival St., Tel Aviv. Scheduling a consultation or measurement appointment is done by prior arrangement only, via the contact form on the site, a WhatsApp message or a telephone call. The studio reserves the right to postpone or cancel an appointment subject to prior notice.

2.2. Orders, Payments and Cancellation Policy

The site is not an online store and does not allow purchases to be made through it. The ordering process is carried out physically in the studio and includes a personal fitting meeting, design and fabric selection, and measurements. Each order will be arranged through an individual order agreement that will detail the dress specifications, the schedule, the agreed price and payment terms.

The cancellation policy will be subject to the provisions of the Consumer Protection Law, 5741-1981. It should be emphasized that in accordance with Section 14C(d)(4) of the Law, the right of cancellation does not apply to "goods specially manufactured for the consumer according to special measurements or requirements." Since the wedding dresses and evening dresses are designed and sewn in full customization to the customer's measurements and requirements, after the order is confirmed and the production process begins, cancellation of the transaction and refund will not be possible, except in the case of a material defect in the product originating from the studio.
